Xuzhou B&C: The first-stage factory which was formally invested in August 2011 and takes up an area of 100,000 m2. There are 100 different kinds of reaction kettles, which are able to operate reactions from -120℃ to +300℃. There are also reaction facilities for high-pressure reaction, hydrogenation, anhydrous and Oxygen-free reaction and high vacuum distillation etc. They can operate high-pressure hydrogenation, halogenations, Grignard reaction, high-pressure and low-pressure reaction, nitration, Acetification, metallic catalyst coupled reaction etc. (e.g. SUZUKI reaction, HECK reaction). There is also dust-free workshop with a Hundred Grades Purification Area. In order to improve the management of production base, the company is applying for the approval of cGMP. The second-stage factory takes up an area of 200,000m2. The construction project is planned to be finished by May 2012.
Jiangsu Factory: Its total area is 50,000 m2. There are more than 40 reaction ketteles, and it is the current production center for basic intermediates of B&C.
Shanghai Factory: Its total area is 20,000 m2. There are more than 30 reaction kettles. It has dust-free workshops with the standard of ten thousand grades of air purification. It has been proved by GMP, and it is the main production base for final fine products of B&C.
Jiangxi Factory: Its total area is 35,000 m2. There are more than 40 reaction kettles, and it is the backup production base for some of the intermediates of B&C.
